An international who has moved to Oregon for job or full time study, should obtain an Oregon driver's license to be able to drive a motor vehicle. To obtain to an Oregon driver license, you must take and pass all required tests (vision, knowledge, driving) etc.

If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent or guardian's signature on all applications, unless you are emancipated or married. 2. US Passport/ Resident Alien Card / Valid Foreign Passport with a valid United States Immigration Document

After getting your permit, when you start learning driving, you must be accompanied by an experienced driver to supervise your driving.
